A fantastic opportunity for a Regulatory Specialist to join RB's Hygiene Home Business Unit.
As a Regulatory Specialist, you will be taking regulatory responsibility of Hygien & Home brands. You will assist in all activities for regulatory compliance of Hygien & Home products in Germany, Austria and Switzernad (DACH region) and provide related administrative support.Key parts of this role will include:
Reviewing artwork and advertising from Regulatory perspective including recommendation for further improvementEnsuring that regulated claims are appropriately supported and providing guidance from Regulatory perspective as needed
Managing assigned projects as directed
Supporting smooth business processes by preventing disruptions due to regulatory aspects
Supporting the development of Regulatory claims
Supporting brand development from Regulatory Affairs perspective
Filing of product notifications to enable poison information centres to access formulation details
Maintaining product information in relevant data bases like RBEuroinfo.com and GRAIS
Filing and following up on product related registrations (e.g. biocides)
Adapting Product Safety Data Sheets to national requirements
Calculating Volatile Organic Compounds based on quantitative formulation information
Supporting handling of authority inquiries
Performing tasks related to trade association activities
Enhancing Regulatory knowledge within the team by providing learnings from own projects which are applicable to other brands and/or countries
Maintaining internal Regulatory administrative data bases
Performing Regulatory related invoicing tasks
Is this you?
Degree in natural sciences0-3 years in FMCG Regulatory Affairs or Research & Development preferably for Hygiene & Home products
Experience in Regulatory Affairs for other regulated product classes like food, cosmetics, medical devices
First experience with License Maintenance & Life Cycle Management
Understanding of the science and technology of the products
Understanding of relevant sections /divisions /branches of Regulatory Agencies
Ability to read, understand, and apply relevant SOP/ work practices, as directed and required
Basic skills in MS-Office and web -based program /online resources
Good communication skills (in order to transfer regulatory knowledge to non-regulatory audience)
