An emerging biopharmaceutical company is looking to add an experienced OTC/FMCG marketer for an upcoming launch predicted to transform the company and revolutionise treatment for patients around the globe.
Possibly one of the most exciting OTC portfolios to come out in the past decade – my client is looking to expand multiple areas of their business unit - starting with a talented brand leader at a global level.

Responsibilities:
- Develop a 5-year strategic plan
- Lead and implement Business plans for the Screening portfolio throughout the region
- Develop and execute new product launch plans
- Interact with KOL’s throughout the industry to gain insight into market and customer needs
- Create value propositioning and key messages for relevant stakeholders to convert competitive accounts and support reimbursement
- Support Country General Managers and Sales channels in focus markets to develop local marketing initiatives
- Track organisational performance and competitiveness
- Analyse pricing and ensure policies align with objectives
- Support and collaborate with Sales team
Requirements:
- 8 years of Industry experience (Sales and Marketing)
- International Marketing experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology Industry
- Demonstrated experience in OTC/consumer health
- Proven experience collaborating and influencing within a matrix organisation
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Experience in digital communication channels, KPI’s and working with agencies
- B2B as well as B2C experience is desirable
- Bachelors degree required, postgraduate education desirable
