Position Summary:
We are looking for a talented
International Level 2 Customer Care Representative
to join our dedicated International Team based in Griesheim 64347 Germany and provide the exceptional customer care that is the obsession of our company. This international call center provides advanced technical support for Zoetis diagnostics products and devices portfolio. The successful applicant will be providing daily phone support to end users (veterinarians and their staffs), distributors, colleagues (such as Zoetis field diagnostics applications specialists) including answering questions, analyzing problems, communicating clearly and effectively to quickly go over customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

Answering or making calls to clients

to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining valuable solutions, and ensuring that
clients feel supported and valued
Use customer care skills to put
customers at ease and help them
solve their technical problems
Support and coach our front-line staff to deliver accurate information, assist with problem resolution to meet and exceed customer expectations.
 
Conduct or take part in trainings, webinars and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company network colleagues, distributors or partners and elevate the standard of customer care obsession

Maintain
detailed records of daily interactions with customers
, field activities, reported issues, and completed solutions along with any further actions required of management or repair activity
Preferred Qualifications and Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent like Veterinary Nurse, Biologist, Biotechnology Engineer
 
Understanding of Healthcare, Biotechnology, Medical Devices, Animal health & diagnostic solutions for veterinarians
Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, professional phone voice.
Understanding of ERP, CRM, Customer Care.
  • Strong understanding of the end to end customer care.
 
Customer-centric satisfaction mindset.
  • Commitment to continuous innovation and world class customer experience obsession
  • Solid problem solving and analytical skills.
 
Fluency in English and multiple languages may be desired
This position may require up to 10% domestic and international travels.
