Global HR Business Partner Division

What you can expect:

Success in this role requires a close partnership with our Business Division management within the organization to implement the HR strategies that drive organizational and people effectiveness.

  • Work with executives to develop and implement HR strategies with a focus on HR planning, recruitment, retention, performance management and organizational development
  • Roll out global HR concepts for our business areas and support local HR departments worldwide
  • Support of M&A activities from HR perspective
  • Manage the talent and succession process by working with managers to identify key talents and successors in line with future business needs
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement in response to market and industry changes
  • Act as one of the senior members of the HR team, helping set the direction of the HR agenda and providing the necessary support to enable the team to achieve the desired results
  • Participation in the development of a continuous personnel controlling for the Hengst Group

Your Qualifications:

  • Several years of experience as a human resource business partner
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in Human Resources Management, Psychology or Business Administration
  • Flexible skills including the ability to think strategically, execute tactically and collaborate across many teams and levels within our organization
  • Experience in performance management, employee development and change management
  • Professionalism, passion for HR and people-related topics and the desire to make a difference
  • Ability to work in a high growth, rapidly changing matrix environment
  • Capability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels in German and English
