For our client, a leading multinational technology company that specializes in Internet-related services and products, we are looking for an Account Manager (m/f/d) Advertising.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver bespoke and ad hoc sales support to client's Partners according to an annual development plan for the partnership
- Deliver quality training to partners (based on account analysis)
- Provide strategic advice by working closely in a consultative role with partners
- Manage partners’ operational inquiries by phone, e-mail and/or live chat
- Build and maintain relationships with partners that include ongoing strategic consultation and support, as well as educate partners on new product features
- Monitor and analyze partner’s performance data in order to suggest improvements
Your Skills:
- BA/BS degree with a strong academic record.
- Demonstrable experience in sales, customer support, account management (direct and/or offline), marketing (product, direct and/or offline), marketing program management or consulting
- Experience in setting up and optimizing AdWords Accounts
- Proven problem solving and analytical skills, solutions oriented and self-driven
- Fluency in German plus fluency in written and spoken English
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
