A fantastic opportunity for a Brand Manager to join RB's Health Business Unit.
The Brand Manager at Reckitt Benckiser is the 'General Manager' of the brand.Key parts of this role will include:
- Co-determine and develop brand /portfolio strategy
- New product development and introduction into the market
- Determine and develop whole marketing mix including TV copy, media planning, etc.
- Ensure smooth running of „daily business“, i.e. forecasting, financial planning, marketing budget control, packaging design, etc.
- Determine and completely manage Brand P&L

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Businesses Administration (Berufsakademie
Job experience: minimum of 2 years in Brand Management /Product Management
in extremely competitive, fast-moving
FMCG environment Industry: Branded Consumer Goods companies which use TV media (Laundry / Food / Personal care, etc.)
Experience in managing the brand P&L and budget
Experience in New Product Development, Concept development and copy development
Experience and familiarity with market research and analysis tools (Nielsen Data / Concept testing methods)
Strong financial acumen
Full international mobility
Good team player
Excellent English (able to present and negotiate in English)
Speaks German or is open to learn it
