Founded in 1994, Work in Progress Textilhandels GmbH (WIP) created a distribution network for Carhartt USA across Europe, introducing a selection of classic products from the original work wear range. In 1997 the first collection designed exclusively by Work In Progress was launched.
Since then, WIP have been carefully modifying, adapting and refitting work wear cuts for the demands of modern life. 25 years on, WIP now owns the global license for Carhartt WIP products whilst staying true to their initial set of core values: quality, durability and comfort.
We are looking for our headquarters in Weil am Rhein for you as
IT-Specialist – Training/Documentation (m/f/x)
Your Responsibilities:
- Maintenance and improvement of the IT process house
- Development and execution of user trainings for ERP roadmap projects
- Creation of documentation and training materials for users
- Preparation of integration tests
- Development of user acceptance criteria in cooperation with the business departments
- Organization and coordination of tests with our internal departments and external service provider
Your Profile:
- Completed business degree as Specialists in Systems Integration IT or comparable degree
- Relevant and adequate practical experience in an equivalent position
- Experience in using modern learning methods
- Very good didactic, communicational and organizational skills
- High awareness of quality
- Fluent in German, good or fluency in English W/S, French advantageous
