Junior Onsite Support (German Speaking)
EUR200 - EUR240 per day
My client is currnetly looking for an Junior onsite support specialist (German speaking) for a contract opportunity based in Munich, Germany.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Resolves and closes incidents/service requests as per help desk procedures & allocated timelines
- Escalates unresolved incidents/service requests within agreed timescales
- Logs relevant incident/service request details per help desk procedures
- Communicates with client regarding incident progress
- Ensures tickets are always updated until issues are resolved
- Recoding incidents and requests in the ITSM tool
- VIP support
- Installation of PCs, mobile phones, fixed phone
- Asset Management
- Escalation to the Customer’s 2nd level support teams when necessary
Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum 1 – 3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Windows client OS (Windows 10) administration
- OS Staging experience (Preferred with SCCM)
- Mac / iOS device administration knowledge is Plus
- Basic knowledge & understanding of Active Directory, Microsoft server operating system, File server, Backup, Anti-Virus
- Excellent good communication, teamwork, accountability, problem solving and customer service skills
- Fluency in German and English language (spoken and written)
