Role Requirements
The In-Country Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting the commercial organization and the day-to-day operational work required to drive marketing program execution. This role will focus on marketing operations and cover tasks such as (but not limited to)

Support the day-to- day responsibilities of marketing execution – from hands-on operational work to coordinating with agencies and partners for execution

Maintain customer contact database and work towards update & good data integrity
Customer support with marketing materials provision (eg: brochures, posters, digital assets)
Lead congress, workshop and customer event strategy, preparation and execution
Sales team support with marketing materials, congress/event materials, Image release inquiries, essential day to day business, etc
Send out marketing material to customers through the marketing online portal, make sure every item is available and in stock at any time
Coordinate and work on all requests coming through

Lead and request all marketing related contracts (CAF tool) such as congress sponsoring, consultancy agreement, speaker agreements, educational grand, etc.

Coordinate marketing materials translations, approval process, distribution to sales force and inventory management
Support website content updates, and digital communication activities
Support, with the direction of marketing manager, marketing campaign and marketing tools creation, production and release.
Lead marketing qualification of leads before pass-through to sales, coordinate lead metric and reporting in country as applicable
Coordinate Marketing Reporting on key activities, success & challenges including activity effectiveness and monthly newsletters
Manage creative execution of materials, liaise with printers
Management of projects in line with the marketing manager such as product launches, new assays, EOL for Instrument/Assays
Be responsible for Budgets including Invoice approval through agile upfront, coordinate and request new Suppliers, review incoming invoices with entry in Budgetplan and forward for payment, create monthly Budget Slide for internal calls and inform Manager about the current Budget status before quarter end.

Assist in day-to-day marketing general administration

SPECIALISED SKILLS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Native language, Business proficient English required
Marketing qualification (university or professional) desired
2-4 years marketing experience required, in medical technology / device preferred
Good project management skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Good understanding of social and digital marketing
Preferred experience with Sales Force.Com and marketing automation (eg: Adobe InDesign, PhotoShop etc…)
