» Key Responsibilities:
Validate system set-up requirements
Perform system configuration, master data set-up, data migration, testing and support rollouts
Ensure the set-up of the new TMS fulfils business needs
Perform software quality management
Support TMS enhancements, ensure testing and audit compliance together with the business leaders and the project team
Coordinate and review business documentation, including changes to business process documentation and training materials
Work closely with Product teams, trainers and finance
Support customer integration projects
Set-up and continually improve workflows, develop and optimize the use of TMS features at the company level
Support business units in terms of understanding TMS functionalities

» Key Skills and Requirements:
Understanding of the global freight forwarding industry
Experience with TMS set-up/configuration
Experience with CargoWise One
Profound knowledge and experience in requirements engineering for software solutions
Experience in software testing
Strong analytical and intuitive investigative skills
Excellent organizational - and communication skills
The ability to work in a project and team environment across different assignments and cultures
