Your responsibilities

• As a member in our international team you support our customers, application specialists and territory managers in the EMEA region by taking care of complex problems
• You are part of the pre- and aftersales process and contribute to the European sales organisation
• Your expertise in clinical workflow and in-depth knowledge of Ultrasound require you to make onsite visits at our customers
• You carefully analyze inquiries, offer premium solutions and your hands-on mentality leads to a high level of customer care and satisfaction
• You report and share information about customer needs, clinical and makret environment to the Business Management

As an ultrasound expert in terms of technology and clinical application, you participate in an intensive exchange between specialists across national borders

Your qualification

• You have intensive experience as a Clinical Application Specialist, worked in the field of endoscopic ultrasound or successfully completed training as a medical-technical radiology assistant, radiographer, or you have a comparable medical qualification
• You have several years of professional experience with clinical workflows, clinical Ultrasound especially in the support of product demonstration in the clinical environment
• You have excellent communication skills and command of English – both written and spoken
• Due to our international business you have excellent language skills in English and German
• You are able to solve our customers issues in a highly professional and timely manner
• You are willing to share your experience and knowledge in an easy way to gain understanding of colleagues within and outside of your team through personal discussions, documents and workshops
• You feel comfortable with international travel and overnight stays
