  • Managing and growing the Partner Managers team
  • Develop and own the end to end Partnership Strategy and Execution for the international territories of BestSecret
  • Establishing and maintaining a strategy for pipeline management and forecasting
  • Identifying and introducing strategies to scout international partners to extend reach
  • Identifying target segments and industry verticals
  • Selecting channels, weight and targets the team should focus on
  • Setting goals for the Partner Managers team on a country level
  • Creating meaningful reporting to help base decisions on

Your profile

  • Experience managing teams, including Sales Teams
  • Experience in selling exclusive products online, ideally in the fashion industry
  • Experience in successfully growing and managing an opportunity pipeline with partners
  • Experience in developing long term strategic relationship including building plans and execution against strict timelines
  • Strong program management skills with a focus on delivering scalable programs
  • Fluent in German and English, an additional European language is a plus
  • A plus: (performance) marketing experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience managing complex projects and teams, ideally related to internet retailing, logistics or payment.
