Coordinator Digital Marketing Analytics & Acquisitions

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to develop and coordinate the delivery of acquisitions strategies as well as to manage the departmental reporting, including CRM and paid media. In this role, you will analyze, recommend, grow, and optimize commercial initiatives and campaigns for our website designhotels.com.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Set up and monitor ROI-oriented acquisitions campaigns, focusing on CPA & CPC
  • Conduct daily tracking, monitoring, and optimization of campaigns to reach target CPA and volumes
  • Analyze results, create, and maintain dashboards, propose budget evolutions as well as allocations and reallocations
  • Coordinate production of banners, creative material, and landing pages (externally and internally)
  • Manage digital marketing, CRM, and website development related analytics projects, such as the implementation of Google Analytics V4
  • Resolve SEO, website, and CRM-related analytics requests
  • Website optimization: Set up, conduct, and analyze various tests (A/B, multivariate, and multi-page) in combination with the product management team
  • Cross-departmental interaction with contributors to reach departmental goals

Experience & Mindset

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, marketing, IT, or similar fields and a minimum of 1-3 years of practical experience within CRM, paid media management or related analytical fields
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to facilitate technical, business, and analytical discussions, especially towards non-technical audiences
  • Preferred expertise: Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, Google and Facebook advertising, SEMRush, SEO, Tableau
  • Strong organizational skills, eye for detail, the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Practical experience within content management systems, CRM, and digital marketing tracking tools
