Assistant Logistics

Your duties:
- Provide support in logistics management as well as in logistics data maintenance
- Control and analyse carrier network performance
- Optimize/enhance our transport services
- Identify and solve (potential) issues/errors within our supply chain
- Define, monitor, and communicate internal logistics KPIs
- Handle invoices and coordinate transport costs
- Assist in project work
- Report to the management and other stakeholders
Your profile:
- University degree, alternatively commercial training, in each case with a focus on the logistics industry or international trade
- Relevant professional experience in logistics desirable
- Analytical understanding and process modelling skills, technical affinity
- Familiarity with MS Office and ideally with Microsoft Dynamics
- Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills in English and German in dealing with various stakeholders
- Conscientious, organized, independent and proactive way of working along with a team focus
