What you can expect

We are looking for a candidate to join our Accounts Payable team who helps us to ensure a professional invoice management for our customers.

• You will assume responsibility for classic accounting-related tasks, such as checking and posting invoices, clarifying accounts and checking payment runs for BASF group companies.
• You will advance the automation of posting processes in SAP as well as analyze and correct automatically posted invoices when necessary.
• Working in close cooperation with the purchasing team and the finance units of the group companies, you will actively contribute optimizing the Purchase-to-Pay process chain.

What we expect

• You have completed a formal vocational training program in Business and Commerce and have already gained initial experience in the area of checking invoices and accounting.
• You will utilize your fluent German language skills and good English language skills productively in our international teams.
• You are open toward change and are highly flexible.
