A fantastic opportunity for a Process Management Analyst to join RB's Health Business Unit.

Key parts of this role will include:

1)Process Management
Understanding, managing and monitoring processes within Master Data
2)Change Management
Responsible for driving changes within the Master Data Team and providing guidance, problem solving and a trainer mindset
3)Continuous Improvement
Define and set up relevant KPIs, monitor and measure to improve or react where needed, drive a root cause analysis; Alignment with global stakeholders

4)Gate-Keeper for SKU Set-up – initial set-up and alignment with NPI, Marketing
5)NPI Management
Monitor projects from a supply perspective to ensure to meet success criteria
Attend NPD project meetings with NPD manager to update project status and to drive project implementation and timings
Coordinate all market and customer requirements and coordinate delivery of the requirements with the factories
6)Data entry and control in fast SKU and SAP/ECC (Local Data Champion role)
7)Support of fast SKU users and drive process across Departments
8)Data control in SAP/ECC (Data Steward role)
9)Support of SAP users involved in Master Data creation process and drive process across Departments
10)Additional activities related to material, customer and vendors master data entry, control and quality
11)Maintenance of IMP list
12)Data entry and maintenance in 1WS
13)Contribute to continuous process improvement and documentation and preparation improvement of training materials
14)Taking over project related tasks and responsibilities within the Master Data Team
15)Other responsibilities in case of holiday replacements

Is this you?

Completed vocational apprenticeship (Berufsausbildung), ideally within a Sales context
At least 5 years within Inside Sales, Sales Backoffice or Sales Operations in a similar role
First experience within FMCG
Job experience in food or drug retail
Very good IT Skills (Windows, Office, especially advanced Excel Skills)
Good SAP Skills
Strong process orientation and structured way of working
Very analytical mindset, good understanding of numbers and data
Likes change, challenges and project-based work
