Working Student (f/m/d) Marketing Support for SAP Partners in Walldorf

PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

The SAP Integration and Certification Center (ICC) belongs to IEG Integrated Quality & Services and provides services to Third-party software providers and/or SAP partners, like software certification, integration consulting, and remote access to SAP test systems. The ICC is a global team, with about 45 employees based at nine different locations worldwide.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
After through training on the SAP Integration Certification Center (ICC) service portfolio for partners, you will be assisting Partner Recruitment Lead colleagues for following tasks:

Scheduling webinars and following up with registrants
Individual calls with recently certified partners on GTM
Build a viable ISV ecosystem
Support for Newsletters
Support with marketing activities for a new service roll out or other campaigns
Supporting marketing team with press release revision of certified solutions
Sending re-certification reminders and follow-ups with certification partners
Supporting with operational activities in general
As part of working on this job, you will be able to learn hands-on the organizing of operations, marketing activities, co-ordination with internals and externals, direct customer facing, and handling of partner certification data within SAP systems. In addition, exposure to an international program management will be beneficial for learning.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences both
Preferred fields of study: Business Administration focused on Marketing/Communications, Computer Studies or Business Information Technology
Computer skills: Profound knowledge of MS Office
Language skills: Fluent in English and German
Soft skills: Positive team spirit and ability to work in a virtual and global team; Open personality, communicator, flexible, reliable; Excellent team player and proactive networking abilities on a global basis; High degree of motivation and the ability to work independently

Others: Organizational, analytical and conceptual skills; Knowledge of SAP systems is desirable, but not a limiting factor; Willingness to learn product specific details on key SAP products from a business management perspective

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please describe as well your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
