For our Munich-based client, a leader in autonomous driving development, we are searching for an Senior Technical Recruiter (w/m/d).
About the Role:
- You will be responsible for recruiting top talent in end-to-end recruitment
- Offer an excellent hiring experience for each candidate no matter the final outcome
- Work closely with hiring managers and skill teams in order to fully understand their requirements and establish a strong hiring strategy
- Qualify and screen candidates so that you can make informed and heavily detailed recommendations to hiring teams
- Consistently communicate and exchange with hiring managers throughout the entire process. This includes advising on recruiting activities, employee market and D&I strategies
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure strong team collaboration and flawless course of events
- Contribute to improvements company-wide by participating in project work and suggesting new ideas
About You:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Fluent, native-level English
- Strong experience in highly technical recruitment (software engineering)
- Concrete understanding of tools for identifying and engaging talent
- Sophisticated recruiting strategies and the ability to manage many candidates simultaneously
- A history of engaging and attracting a high caliber international talent
- Familiar and comfortable with agile working, strong interpersonal, communication and organizing skills
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and to perform tasks simultaneously and independently
- Passion for innovative technologies
