As a Director of Operational Excellence and Safety, you will be responsible for the global strategy and to assure the company has the right tools to continuous to be successful.

 

Your activities as Director of Operational Excellence and Safety:

• Bring your experience to build the company strategy
• Implement Continuous Improvement projects in all functions within the company
• Build the strategy and coach the company how to achieve the targets
• In a safety way make sure they are focusing on the right ways of working

Background:

• Management skills
• Project management experience
• Proven experience in strategic roles
• Very good German and good command of English both verbally and in writing
