Brand Director Perfect Fit (m/f/d)
The European Brand Director is accountable for the growth and P&L of the super-premium science health brand Perfect Fit across Pet Nutrition Europe. This role will be responsible for driving relevance of the brands ‘Holistic Health’ positioning through the development of a compelling 3-5yr brand strategy, the creation of compelling communications as well as the renovation/innovation pipeline. As the European leader this person will partner with key markets and other departments to drive the brands deployment and collaborate with the global super premium health team to ensure a healthy pipeline of PF global growth initiatives.

Key Tasks:
Responsible to define the European brand strategy & plans
Lead the regional brand strategy
Develop the communication campaign for Europe within the global platform
Accountable for the design on the full brand
Accountable to define & develop brand activation toolkits including online and offline activation and mono brand events
Accountable to define the principles of the European catalogue and menu card management from a portfolio and brand perspective to drive scale & simplicity.

Accountable to create the brand toolkits that guide effective deployment of the brand strategy in market
Lead & engage a small team of marketing experts
Play a key leadership role in the global brand community to inspire, motivate, engage and influence the global brand strategies and pipeline

Your Profile:
Bachelor or Master degree in Business with a minimum of 8 years of broad experience in Marketing incl. brand & innovation management as well as people leadership.

track record in developing winning strategies in terms of communication and innovation
Strong analytical skills with the ability to navigate through complexity & ambiguity
Robust leadership skills and a track record in collaborative relationship and stakeholder management
Successful experience of working across cultures
Fluent in English
