We are looking for a highly skilled freelance projectmanager/-lead (m/f/d) to join a global company in the energy sector. If you're an experienced professional seeking the opportunity to work on thrilling cutting edge technology, we may have the perfect role for you.

 

What will you be doing?

Over the last years the market share of sales in the field of the full supply services has decreased significantly. The target of the project is to keep the business running in a sustainable way and to maintain a healthy sales power business for my clients group. To fulfil this target a consultant has been onboarded to prepare a market analysis. On top the client investigates in the own business model to optimize front to end the processes.

 

What skills should you have?

• Strong (data) analytical background
• critical thinking and problem solving
• Structured work style and transparent decision making
• Good communication skills
• Language skill: German, English, both business fluent
• Min 5-8 years consulting experience (Energy industry preferred)
• Understanding of Power Wholesale/Power Trading markets (preferred)
• Experience as project manager and track record of delivering business critical projects
• Ideally experience in business model review/redesign and business case calculation

 

Who will you be working for?

• General Project management for Sales-Power Interface project
• Structuring & planning of work packages and drive analysis to completion
• Coordinate data collection and analysis between core project team resources, expert group and external consultants, ensuring meaningful business analysis and actionable insights are derived
• Manage timelines, budget, team resources, issues and risks
• Actively monitor execution, progress and completion of deliverables
• Mitigate delivery risks
• Foster stakeholder alignment and agreement and mediate issue resolution
• Steer project sponsors and stakeholders
• Deliver project to agreed timeline and quality
• Ensure proper planning, delivery, documentation and hand-over to business line on project closure
