Snr Java Cloud Developer - Hannover or Dusseldorf needed to join Digital product development team English Language. An internal Consulting Team focus on REST API & cloud environments. A perm career role within large stable global firm.

Description
  • Join digital product development team - ensure planning, development, optimization of new software products based on digital platforms.
  • new solutions - Design, develop, test, document for business specifications for the Customer Solutions.
  • Work closely with architects, product owners and stakeholders to ensure modern application development
  • Cloud - Design cloud native interfaces for high-availability-systems.
  • Open to new programming languages and are willing to evaluate new technologies.
  • Mentor Junior developers - attend conferences as a speaker etc..
Skills
  • Solid experience as a Software Developer with quality / clean code.
  • Excellent knowledge modern programming - e.g. Java development with Spring Boot Ecosystem, NodeJS, Scala or Golang
  • Knowledge in REST API Development and Microservice Architectures using DevOps methodology and tools like JIRA, Confluence, GitLab, Jenkins, SonarQube, Artifactory or Docker
  • Highly experienced in planning, evaluating and setting up state-of-the-art software architectures including e.g. CI/CD and Testing
  • technical leadership role in projects.
  • Deep knowledge of digital core technologies (e.g. data management, data analytics, integration, process automation, mobile, social, API Management, DevOps or cloud)
  • Product and platform development at big software driven company.
  • English language skills, German language is desirable NOT essential
  • * MUST HAVE **
  • Experience with cloud environments (AWS or Azure preferred)
  • Travel ** Frequent business trips depending on projects work location (up to 4 days per week) eg: Munich, Hanover, Essen, Hamburg & Berlin etc..
