What you can expect

As our new trainee (m/w/d) you will have the opportunity to prove your abilities within an 18- 24 months rotational program around sales. You will work in diverse business units, gain interesting insights and experience an intense on-the-job training. Thereby we will jointly prepare you for an exciting future in our company.

• Your first assignment will introduce you to the sales department of our refinish business in Münster.
• Your range of tasks will include both operative and conceptual work. These challenging activities mainly focus on our sales department and its interfaces.
• Your target function in sales will be coordinated individually with you.
• In addition, you will be assigned to work abroad, giving you an opportunity to further develop your intercultural skills.
• We will define your starting date flexibly.

What we expect

• You have successfully graduated with a Master's degree in economics, business information systems, chemistry combined with business studies or comparable.
• Ideally, you have already gained professional and international experience in a relevant field.
• You show strong customer orientation and you are able to achieve excellent results working self-organized as well as in a team.
• Your strong communication skills enable you to communicate and negotiate fluently in English. A second language completes your profile.
• You are open for business travels.
