Manager Global Raw Material Projects & Raw Material Quality
Strengthen our team at our headquarters in Eberbach as
Your responsibilities:
- You independently process global commodity projects and support the Global Vice-President
- You introduce, implement and control statutory quality standards throughout the company, if necessary also on site
- You plan and implement supplier audits (approval and repeat audits)
- You further develop supplier approval and -evaluation processes
- You control further developments of the raw materials input assessment at the plants
- You compile market analyses and statistics from which appropriate recommendations for actions for by the Gelita Group are developed
- You advise our raw material suppliers on quality optimisation, food safety, hygiene etc.
Your profile:
- Successfully completed university degree in food technology, veterinary science or equivalent
- Several years' professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in the food or pharmaceutical industries
- Very good spoken and written German and English
- Experience in project management and staff management
- Intercultural competence and willingness to travel
- Analytical thinking as well as an independent way of working
- Confident use of MS Office programmes
- Flexibility and ability to operate in a team
