German-speaking Tech Customer Support via voice, email and chat (Lisbon based)

This is a leading LED and high-end manufacturing company with 25 years of experience. Its products are a smart lighting system that will forever change the way customers experience light. This company is the top choice for architects, engineers and lighting fans.

Your Profile:

• Your first language is German, and you are fluent in English (from B2)

Your Responsibilities:

• Ability to assist users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues via phone, email, chat, and social messaging channels
• Provide high-quality customer service and technical assistance to customers in your mother language in a friendly and efficient manner
• Gather contacts and documents of customers
