The MediaMarktSaturn brand service is part of the international marketing organization. At the Grünwald location, your employees develop cross-border omnichannel marketing concepts, strategies and products for MediaMarkt and Saturn. The direct marketing team sets and implements the international standard for the brands Media Markt and SATURN with regard to holistic and automated direct marketing campaigns. The further development of the campaigns and ensuring the results are two essential elements of this area. In addition to campaign managers, the team also includes analysts and a product owner who controls the development teams in accordance with Scrum.

Your tasks

  • Developing concepts and defining processes for direct marketing campaigns (focus on e-mail, mobile push, print and SMS) for all partners and sales lines of MediaMarktSaturn
  • Set-up of omnichannel, data driven customer journeys with high level of automation and personalization
  • Performance tracking and deriving optimization measures based on KPI-targets
  • Country consulting on operational and strategic questions regarding marketing automation and personalization (across 12 countries)
  • Leading and supporting international and cross-functional CRM and direct marketing projects

Requirements

  • Academic degree in business and/or digital marketing
  • Several years work experience in c campaign management tools and automation
  • Performance and KPI driven decision making
  • Ideally, experienced in retail and consumer goods
  • Strong analytical and conceptional skills
