A Digital Attacker department needs a Senior Agile Digital Application Manager
Tasks
  • Accountable for the technical and commercial success of the application services in scope, working in an agile delivery setup
  • Central contact for one/several SaaS/Cloud services (Salesforce Sales&Service, Salesforce Marketing, Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, others)
  • Work closely with central regional functions regarding commercials, contractual topics, operational issues, service lifecycle, service management and compliance
  • Plan / manage respective product budgets & SLAs, constantly aligning with the business and service recipients
  • Manage external / internal service suppliers, licenses and other vendors in scope
  • Accountable for day to day IT operations for the respective applications
Skills / Experience
  • Solid Experience in application management role with high business focus and affinity for quality
  • Strong agile mindset experience
  • Proven track record managing state of the art services & platforms (SaaS/Cloud) in scaled agile environments
  • Profound knowledge in at least one of the major applications (Salesforce, Mulesoft)
  • Hands on solid Agile experience -, Near- and/or Offshore delivery models
  • Ambition to follow and evaluate new trends and acquire new skills including willingness to collaborate actively across cultural and organizational boundaries
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (also on Executive Level)
  • Willingness to accept frequent business trips
  • Fluent English language skills, German language skills are preferred not essential
