Your profile

- You are proficient in German.

• Fluent in English (B2).
• Passionate and familiar with the travel industry (popular destinations, airlines, hotel chains).
• Available to work on the project between 7h00 and 21h00 (possibly on weekends).
• Knowledge of MS Office and common internet applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Your responsibilities

• Quick and effective

customer assistance

with questions regarding hotel bookings.

• Solve inquiries on topics such as hotel overbooking, incorrect bookings, and updates of existing bookings.
• Professional management of customer data, booking changes, adjustments, and any other customer concerns.
• Customer care for various partner companies in the Expedia network.
