RED 2x Roll Out Manager (HR Processes) Frankfurt area ASAP

For our long-term end customer in the Frankfurt area we are looking for 2x Roll Out Manager with focus in HR Processes.
The client is starting a global HCM implementation project which will be replacing their on premise Successfactors systems with a cloud based Employee Central System.

Key Skills:

• Project experience as a Roll Out Manager
• HR Process, Data and system skills
• German Specific employee law experience OR diverse country law experience across EMEA + LATAM
• Project planning capabilities / proven experience as a Project Manager
• preferable project experience in replacing Successfactors with cloud based solutions

Positions available:
1x Roll Out Manager Germany
1x Roll Out Manager EMEA + LATAM

Day to Day Activities:

• addressing German requirements in global template
• support functional and user tests
• support migration preparation and execution
• Ensures alignment and handover to the relevant subsequent teams
• Collaboration with implementation partner

Project details:

• Start date: ASAP / End-Date: March 2020 (w/ possibility to extend)
• Project location is Frankfurt area, Germany
• Workload: full time on site (1 day/week remote possible)
• Language skills: Fluency in both German and English
