Technical Solution Engineer
Our Technical Support team in Cologne is looking for a new Technical Solution Engineer (d/f/m). In this role you will have a holistic overview over the technical and business related structures of the cleverbridge E-Commerce platform. The TechSupport team is the interface between development teams and other departments.
Your Responsibilities
- Be the go-to point for your colleagues for technical questions about the functionality of the cleverbridge E-Commerce platform
- Analyze, diagnose and mitigate technical issues by providing convincing solutions
- Coordinate technical escalations in close cooperation with our development teams
- Conduct and write SQL queries to diagnose an issue in a large dataset
- Monitor automated systems and take appropriate action when necessary
Your Qualifications and Skills
The most essential requirements for us are a positive can-do attitude, technical savviness, and a willingness to learn, but you should also bring in the following qualifications:- You have an analytical mindset and you like to solve software-technical problems in a detective manner
- You quickly understand complex software solutions and like to understand these in a holistic way
- You are able to communicate technical topics in an understandable way – also for non-technical people.
- You have a degree in (Business-) Informatics or similar technical expertise
- You have basic knowledge in databases (SQL) and web services (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON)
