Your responsibilities

  • In your role as Group Leader (m/f/d) you are responsible for driving SFE enhancements through internal as well as external best-in-class approaches to set-up/manage sales excellence initiatives
  • You lead the SFE-team at OEKG and regions
  • You initiate and manage SFE-projects with BU's based on the OSFE framework (incl. BU specific adaptations)
  • You act as the OSFE program manager and coordinate the tasks between all stakeholders (eg. BU, HR, T&E, ComEx) to deliver on-time in the MSD-context
  • You design for TM and SM OSFE related trainings content and you work closely with BUs and the Training & Education department
  • You develop follow up processes and optimize SFE KPIs, Sales Guidelines and Integrated Sales Process (ISP) of the different business models

Your qualification

  • You have successfully completed your studies in economics or similar
  • You have several years of professional experience as a consultant in leading SFE or CRM related projects in various businesses
  • Ideally you have some initial experience in managing employees
  • You have proven experience in the management of complex, international projects. In your role you lead at least one complex SFE/SFA project at Olympus requesting the LS-competencies at Olympus (here it is Service-CPQ)
  • You are a certified PMO as well as six sigma expert wand practical managed and leadcomplex IT-based projects in a collaborative approach
  • You can demonstrate excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization, including in English
  • Your strengths include excellent analytical skills and a strong commercial mindset
