Senior Project Manager / Project Co-ordinator

EUR60000 - EUR80000 per annum + Bonus
THE ROLE
I am seeking a Senior Project Manager or Project Co-ordinator in the Building Construction industry who has fluent German and reasonable English to join a firm of construction consultants in their Berlin office.

You may also get involved in projects elsewhere in Germany.
You will work on projects from feasibility to project delivery and you will deal with international clients through to contractors on site. You will also get involved in doing Technical Due Diligence.

Projects will include offices, storage facilities and more. 
THE COMPANY
My client is a firm of construction consultants based in Germany providing project management, construction management and cost management services to national and international clients.

THE CANDIDATE
You will have a Degree in a construction related subject e.g. Construction Management, Construction Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Civil Engineering etc.

You will need to have gained at least six years or more post graduation experience in a building construction related role and have gained good project management or project co-ordination experience.

You will ideally have been working for another firm of building construction consultants to have gained project management experience from feasibility to delivery.

You will have good knowledge of current German permitting and dealing with German local authorities.
You will need fluent German and at least reasonable English.
Good communication skills are essential.
Salary will be in the region of Euro 60000 to 80000 per annum + bonus.
