• You work closely with our team of experienced advisors to provide strategic consulting and technical expertise to clients during a merger or acquisition.
• You take responsibility from the beginning in challenging and exciting projects for international clients in various industries.
• You conduct due diligence, develop integration and value creation plans, and assess the impact of technology on deals.
• You learn about different industries and business models and further develop your technical and analytical skills.

What should you bring along?

• You are studying with excellent grades in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
• You are ideally proficient in at least one programming language.
• You show a strong interest in technology and tech trends, as well as business strategy.
• You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You have very good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• You possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
• You have the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment combined with a highly structured way of working.
• You speak English fluently.
