Intermediate Project Manager - German speaking

EUR45000 - EUR65000 per annum + Negotiable salary plus benefits
THE ROLE
I am seeking an Intermediate Project Manager in the Building Construction industry who has good or fluent German to join a firm of construction consultants in their Berlin office.

You will work on projects from feasibility to project delivery and you will deal with international clients through to contractors on site.
THE COMPANY
My client is a firm of construction consultants working closely with large clients on buildings for offices, retail, hotels, residential and other projects for new build, extensions, refurbishment and fit out.

They work on projects across Germany and sometimes in other countries working closely with a number of international clients.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a Graduate with a Degree in a construction related subject e.g. Construction Management, Construction Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Civil Engineering etc.

You will need to have gained several years post graduation experience in a building construction related role and have gained project management experience.

You will need fluent or very good written and spoken German. Good English is also preferred to deal with international clients.
Good communication skills are essential.
Support will be given if you are not already chartered.
