What you may expect
- Develop and implement assortment strategy for related product categories
- Define product roadmap and development needs and align with related functions
- Track product/assortment projects of PMs on time, cost and specifications
- Drive innovation management, resp. frequent renovation of assortment according to customer expectations and strategic guidance
- Develop product group-specific parameters for product lifecycle management
- Follow continuous improvement activities on process landscape
- Monitor and report commercial success of related product categories, based on defined KPI set
- Lead product managers (objectives, performance, competences, associate satisfaction)
- Plan and monitor team budget and costs
What distinguishes you
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably with major subject marketing, or in a technical field
- Advanced experience in project management of international product/assortment projects
- Assignments in product management or category management
- Experience in marketing content processes advantageous
- Experience in team leadership, also in an international environment (leadership of virtual/international teams)
- Experience in marketing on technical products
- Proficiency in SAP BW, SAP MM, MS Office and PIM systems
- Good command of English (B1/2 level), additional languages advantageous
- CIP, moderation and outstanding motivation skills
